Marsha – Office Manager
Marsha is a native of Indiana has lived in Arizona for over thirty years.   With more than twenty years of knowledge in orthodontics and dentistry, Marsha is happy to answer any of your questions.  She loves to get to know all of our patients as well as their families and wants the office to be a warm and friendly environment.  Outside of work, Marsha enjoys playing golf and pickleball.  She is also an ardent sports fan who roots for the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns.

Amber – Orthodontic Assistant
Amber was born and raised in Camp Verde, Arizona.   Before making the switch to orthodontics in 2007, Amber worked in general dentistry for five years.  Her favorite part about orthodontics is taking part in such a positive and transforming moment in people’s lives.  In her free time, Amber participates in many outdoor activities such as hiking and softball.  Recently, Amber started running and has completed three half marathons and a full marathon in the last two years! 

Arlene (Reiko) – Financial Coordinator
Reiko is also an Arizona native and has worked in the orthodontic field for more than 20 years.  Orthodontics is actually in her blood; her brother was an orthodontist for over 30 years.  Reiko’s loves having the opportunity to watch patients grow up and later bring their own kids to the practice.  Reiko is happy to help you with scheduling an appointment or answering your questions.

Karen M – Orthodontic Lab Technician
In her more than 30 years in the orthodontic profession, Karen has worked in almost every aspect of the profession but now favors to support the practice in the lab.  Karen is responsible for making all of our orthodontic appliances and has the vision to make your retainer designs into reality!  She is also the imaginative genius behind most of our unique contests.  In her free time, she enjoys finding collectibles, antiques and jewelry.

Karen Y – Patient Coordinator
Originally from Ohio, Karen has been in the orthodontic field since birth (her father was an orthodontic lab technician).  With her widespread knowledge in all realms of orthodontics including assisting, treatment coordinating, front office, insurance and financial, Karen is eager to help you with questions regarding all facets of your treatment.  Outside of orthodontics, Karen likes to make jewelry utilizing all kinds of different beads and materials.  Many of the pieces she wears are her own creations.

Liz – Orthodontic Assistant
Liz has been in the orthodontic field for more than twenty years.  Her wide-ranging experience as a clinical assistant provides patients the confidence that they are getting the best treatment possible.  Liz has been married to her husband, Chuck for many years.  She has 2 grown daughters and 2 stepsons.  She spends most of her free time helping with her grandson Andrew, who keeps her busier than she could have ever imagined!  Liz also walked her first half marathon this year!

Melissa – Orthodontic Assistant
Melissa has been an orthodontic assistant for over 15 years.  Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients and their families over the years.  Melissa is happily married to her husband, Fernando and has two stepsons and two grandchildren.  In her free time, she likes walking, yoga, hiking and step aerobics.  Melissa has walked two half marathons in the last two years!
